The Exquisite Fit, LLC EXPERIENCE IS A 5 STEP PROCESS.

At The Exquisite Fit, LLC, we want to make this process, whether it be mastectomy or compression, as easy and seamless as possible.  A simple phone call or email is your first step to allowing us to being a part of your journey.  We are ready and willing to begin as soon as you are ready, and will also check insurance eligibility for you.  It is that simple!

1. SETTING UP YOUR EXQUISITE FIT APPOINTMENT.

However you have found us, through your physician, surgeon, cardiologist, the Internet or a brochure in your doctor’s office, call or email us to set up the type of appointment your are looking for.  We are ready to help, whether you are just starting out on your journey in mastectomy or compression, or if you have been wearing mastectomy garments and prosthetics, or compression pieces. The Exquisite Fit, LLC offers products and fittings for both mastectomy and compression that are ready to wear or custom.  We will also work with you with any pre-existing garments or new garments that you may need. Please do not hesitate at all to get in touch with us!

2. CONSULTATION

Once we have established your first appointment with us, please arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled time. We will need some information from you before we begin your appointment. During your first appointment, we will identify your needs, insurance coverage, and what you will need in regards to an upcoming surgery/current condition/issue you have been sent to us for. We will go over options and what falls within coverage of your insurance.

3. FITTING

Whether you have been wearing mastectomy  or compression, or if this is an entirely new journey for you, we will pick up where you have left off, or if it is time for new garments/prosthetics, we will show you what is new in the industry. If you would like to stay with what you feel most comfortable in, that is completely understandable and we are happy to accommodate your needs accordingly to your comfort level.  If you haven’t been measured in some time, we recommend new measurements at least once a year for both mastectomy and compression. Changes can occur, and we want you feeling your best and most comfortable throughout any upcoming surgery and year ahead.

4. FOLLOW-UP

The Follow-Up appointment will be established for you to come in and try on your new garments and/or prosthesis. This is an important visit, as we want to make sure the actual garments or prosthetics that you will be going home with are fitting properly and comfortably. We will also discuss what you will be eligible for next and when that will be.  Additionally, we will let you know of any special days that we will be having at the store!

5. BILLING & INSURANCE

We understand the difficulty and confusion that comes with billing and insurance. That’s why we take care of the billing and insurance end of your items.  If there is anything due at the date of your follow-up appointment when you are taking your garments/prosthetics home, you can pay us then, and you are ready to go!
